No Dreams



I have stopped seeing dreams
They frightened me so much
I lose my sense when I wake up

They are stories about blood
About rapes and cruel people
About corruption and looting

I keep waking up many times
When dreams strike in darkness
Light gives me peace and love

I have stopped seeing dreams
My eyes are wide and swollen
There are butterflies in them
