Naior Four Poem by Farid Ahmed Dulal

Naior Four

In our separation, our heaven fell down to ashes
We tow are residing in two separate places; where are our friends?
We are now separated Adam and Eve, alone in millions of crowd
Our throats turned dry searching for pure drinking water
Where lies the path, abyss and gorge, there's marshy land all around
Have got eternal knowledge, so I desire to kiss your sweet lips
Far from heaven, you're staying faraway, in your Naior
My life without you is but a mirage, an arid desert.

At what latitude of the earth do you exist, my love?
In which hemisphere I live bundled up? We've over us the same sky
I know not were lies the North Pole, the South Pole or the Equator
My North Pole flies to North-West of the Earth taking my love-letter to you
The mountain peaks beacons my invitation to you
Break the hurdles of Naior and come let's live together, laugh and weep.
