Life A Pearl Poem by Aftab Alam

Life A Pearl

Rating: 4.5

I am a deep sea of sorrow
My soul! Thou art a sparrow.
Where you hid my thought
Thou dug the unseen burrow.
Tell me, did you keep something?
For me under my fate tomorrow
I am eaten by unknown creature
Under the water, they swallow
Slowly, merrily and enthusiastically

O ‘Aftab' do you follow, must follow,
The change and wake up fresh as flower
With.bloomed thought tomorrow.
Life a pearl in the cell of sorrow,
Into deep sea for unknown sparrow

This poem is good. Life can very well be a pearl. You have to open many an oyster for this precious find. When one is found it brings great joy. Enjoyed it.
