Let People Be Who They Are Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Let People Be Who They Are

Rating: 5.0

Moving along, watching, noticing trails that I am going
down.

Giving life a run for it's money, protesting evil,
racism, and prejudice every step of the way.

Not liking it when people are condemned for being poor,
disabled or anything else.

We all have to live on this earth, so let's unite and
be the best we can be no matter a person's condition,
situation or circumstances.

Let each person be who they are and not demean, abuse,
or make fun of them, please.

I don't know how express my feelings of appreciation. The whole idea is to become humane, accommodating and compassionate towards less fortunate souls around us. Very moving undertone of the poem. Thanks.
