In Heavy Rain Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

The frogs croak in the pools
And birds shake wings in the trees
The raindrops fall incessantly all day
Long creating melodies with the cool breeze

The clouds make sounds like
Lions do in anger inside the forest
Folks are wet and shivering in fields
They hurry back home to take lunch and rest

Leaves nod and rustle being
Pounded by the shining raindrops
The world sleeps in silence as massive
Clouds fly threateningly over ripening crops
