I Like To Eat Poem by Edwina Reizer

I Like To Eat

I could eat pizza every day
but I'd gain too much weight.
I could eat candy everyday.
Let it fill my plate.
I could eat lettuce every day
and I could become thin.
I could eat celery every day
and never would I win
a beauty contest after this
or satisfy mt taste.
So I'll just eat all of it
and forhet about my waist.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
My grandson was playing a math game about pizza on the PC and he said I bet you can't write about pizza. The challenge brought this one out. He laughed as soon as he heard it.
