I can't.

I won't smile the false smile.
Or laugh the manipulative laugh just to get your attention.
I've done this so long as if I walked 1,000 miles.
If you cannot see there is so much friction.
Then you are blind and I am delusional.

I can't fake this anymore.
I can't take this anymore.
What shall I do because I am on my knees.
Ready to walk out the door.
I pretended to smile when I seen you staring at her.
I don't know why or what for.
Why have I let you make me someone I'm not.
I can't fake this like before.

So you love me raw and weaker than you could.
I won't blame you for it all.
The agony of wanting you more than I should.
I am defeated and I will take the fall.
I love you and you love her.
I'll be fine, I'll smile and have one tear slither.
It was almost all a blur
As I leave the one I want most and let our love whither.
