Tiger Poem by BrandEn Billy

Tiger

Rating: 4.5

Tiger would run through fields chasing his dreams.
He was fierce. He was strong.
Conjuring up the best of little schemes.
Eyes that pierce and made you long.
Tiger was brave and put on a show for all to see.
His talents earned him smiles from all around.
He impressed the best even me.
But on one soft moonlit night I had found....

Tiger was broken and felt no need for his dreams
He was weak. No fight in him this time.
Hoping to be treated kind & affectionately.
But it wasn't those around him that made him pine.
He hurt himself and became someone else
Tiger won't you smile for me.

When all are gone I'll be waiting here patiently.
