Do Come Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Do Come

Do come

I shall sing
For all human beings
Especially for children
To remain happy even

We are in nest
And looked after best
By mom queen
She is always around and seen

How about you?
Do you enjoy morning through?
Window when we chirp
And keep you all in lovely mood

It is time when we ask for food
Mother reminds us that it is early but not by us understood
We make solid noise
Mother gets angry but we raise our voice

Is it not good to chirp often?
We are hastened to add
"You are daily welcome"
Sit on window top or on branches "but do come"

Do Come
