Day Dreams Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Day Dreams

Let us observe one code
Think honestly and devote
Your time for correct judgment
Where do we stand in present movement?

No system is perfect
It depends on people's act
If we blame leadership
They are chosen from common fellowship

We have no end to demand
It ahs become our rend
We want everything from government
It needs no suitable comment

For weak monsoon, they are blamed
For any tragedy, the compensation is claimed
Why not education free and houses too
Let us be considerate and reasonable view

Oil can not be produced locally
That is purchased internationally
Let us bear some burden
How can we expect magic stick to change it sudden

They will always show daydreams
You want it from them
No one may refuse for demand
But does the country or nation go at the end

There is justification for the actions from both sides. Best system may be one that provides right amount of support for what they receive from the public. Beautiful poem dealing with the intricacies. Thank you.
