Amma Is No More
Amma* is no more
To die as top dignitary
It becomes necessary
To remain in people's heart
And constantly remind them of their part
This is what Madame Jaylalita* did
She provided lead
Gave whatever people wanted
And along with them chanted
It was not showoff
But gesture and feeling coming from
Deep chamber of heart
And not merely as stage art
She was attached to poor
And always shared with visit door to door
Providing food and other requirements
It was popularity driven step
Today she is more with mass
She held special class
That vacuum may remain for long
Until someone comes on scene to do no more wrong?
