Hilarious denizens of the city of Phoenix, attempting to micro-manage every senior at the center.
Telling people two or three times their age how to behave, live or think.
As you can probably surmise, it's not going over too well.
Community centers are for the elderly and disabled - a place they can go to for a meal, visit friends, a safe place.
City Of Phoenix is turning it all around - now it's a place of fear and abuse.
No one is safe from the so-called higher ups - it's a dismal state of affairs when you're a United States citizen living in the country of Russia right here.
Why has the city decided to become a bully out-right, instead of hiding behind closed doors as usual, making asinine decisions just to fill politician's pockets and lairs.
