I was Born in Marikina City, formerly a town of Rizal
on September 17,1937. Took primary schooling in Nangka Barrio school, (1945-1951) Secondary in Roosevelt Memorial School (now a College) , (1951-1955) secretarial course in Philippine College of Commerce (1955-1958) and accountancy in University of the East (1958-1962) .
