Worthless Poem by Matt Burgett

Worthless

Third person views of myself
Show nothing for any greater interest
An outcast with pointless thoughts
Show no mater just worthlessness

Surrounded by fakes and liars
I'm confused by the actions pursued
Condemned to mind set fires
I feel all I've been is used

For ability not personality I walk through the snow
To throw myself from this bridge without regret
Into the ice chopped waters below
I find no point to live if I'm that easy to forget

I'm a memory for about a day
And I'll last but a day longer
When you realise I'm not there to say
Just keep going I know you're stronger

So enjoy your time without
No longer I refuse to help you
I just wish one day you could have seen
Who was fake and who was true
