With My Pulse Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

With my pulse
Monday,13th April 2020

I shall resist
and insist
that they are repulsed
and faced with my pulse

I shall rise
and surprise
with my determination
for the human relation

I am woman
but human too
I shall now be cowed down
as i shall remain known

I have decided to walk
and talk
with defiance mood
it must be understood well and clear

I am not the woman
who shall bear the pain
and cruelty perpetuation
it shall be met with equal proposition

so wake up
and keep
your wild desires under check
we shall not take it easily
