What Summer's For Poem by Lawerence Mize, Sr.

What Summer's For

Summer's for nice weather.
For taking a ride.
Enjoy the feeling
That warms you inside.

Summer's for chilling
And taking lots of breaks.
Living in the moments
For the memories you'll make.

Summer's for fun
In all the things you'll do.
Sometimes It'll show
The love coming through.

The people, the times,
And the things that we do.
Will teach us What Summer's Are For
And it will all seem so new.

So, give me the sun
On a warm summer's day.
It'll make me so happy
In so many ways.
