With blood cold as ice

Down Wilhelm to Smallwood
Places in between
Trash and debris
Streets not so clean

Its odor fouls the air
Tar ball spreading
Staining beaches everywhere

Generations of families
Out in the cold
Can't wait for the fix
Having no money gets so old
