Waiting For A Fresh Dawn Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Waiting For A Fresh Dawn

Rating: 5.0

The dark hours will go away
A bright light will show the path
A new dawn will come to play
Dispelling time's uncontrollable wrath

The stars will shine again
The moon will light up the sky
Nights will not scare any one
In the talons of devil no one will die

A fresh wind will blow
Across the pure land and water
Faces will not look sullen as
Bodies will be free from deadly fetter
