Uncaring People Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Uncaring People

Rating: 5.0

There are people in this world who don't care about others,
using them, draining them completely, not being there for
someone they've only taken advantage of through the years.

Wondering why they are so self-centered, absorbed in them-
selves and unable to care or have compassion for others in
their lives.

Wives, children, family means nothing to them, as they walk
through life, not doing anything for others, thinking and
making everything all about themselves.

Also even when others are going through life-threatening
moments one after another, why do they bother getting married,
having no feelings of love really.

Always thinking of sex, being perverted and uncaring of how
much they hurt those whom they say they love, words only
spoken with no real actions portraying what they claim to say.

Abusing and demeaning the ones they say they love, hurting
them viciously and wantonly throughout life, a penetrating
sadness being felt in those who know them and are left alone
to fend for themselves.
