Today



Today, I stood,
Under the clapping of the thunder.
My body went under.

I ran through the beaches,
While running fast,
I ran asunder.

I felt the strongest,
Wind on by body.
I felt this only lately.

Today I stepped in quicksand.
My body sucuumbed.
I felt so dumb.

Today I will meditate,
And truly will be okay.

And feel fine today.
