Time To Say Good Night
The night has slipped into
My room through the cracks
Across my door
Outside the fiery wind is
Flowing over trees and began
To mercilessly roar
There is deep sleep in eyes
And numbness grips the limbs
Very tight
There are jobs to be done
And promises to be kept so
Switch off the light
There are jobs to be done And promises to be kep, , , , , , , , before sleep
