This 'family' Poem by Bobby Pask

This 'family'

You know what?
Forget them!
They don't know that
We won't make it to the end.

I don't care
If they throw the holy book.
We will make it there
No matter how bad we've been shook.

They don't
Understand us.
And they won't
Let us explain without a fuss.

So, you know
What?
They can just go
And stick their opinions up their butt!

Real family supports
You.
Their love are our forts
Of shelter to start anew.

This 'family'
Can forget about me for all I care.
I know my true family
And they've always been there.

You and I
Will make it, baby.
But, tell me why
You're always saying 'maybe'.
