My Tears Poem by Bobby Pask

My Tears

Rating: 4.5

Baby, I don't know how to say it.
I don't know how to let it flow.
But a fire inside me has lit
And I just can't let go.

You are my world
My life.
I want our future unfurled
And you as my wife.

I love you deeply
I can't hide it.
I miss you terribly
And my support feels hit.

You are my power
My smiles.
You are the lover
That I'd walk a thousand miles.

I cry at night
Knowing you're so far away.
I'm losing this fight
Watching time tick way.

You hold my heart
And soul.
I can't handle us being apart
When we both see the goal.

I cry when you do
I smile when you grin.
There's nowhere I wouldn't go
Just to see the movie say 'fin'.

I cry nonstop
When we don't talk.
I feel like a flop
For, down the aisle, you don't walk.

I don't show
My tears.
But they always flow
Dreaming of future years.
