பூட்டுமரி கண்டம் புனைந்தழுங்கு வார்போலுந்
தோட்டியினைத் தானே சுமக்குங் கயம்போலும்
வாட்டுந் துயர்க'ள்'பல வைய மிசையிருக்கக்
கோட்டமுளோர் வேறா குலந்தமக்குண் டாக்குவரே.8
