The Door Of Paradise Poem by Hebert Logerie

The Door Of Paradise

The door of paradise is neither on the earth,
Neither in the atmosphere nor in the cemetery.
The door of paradise is somewhere,
One can biblically imagine it and see it.

The door of paradise is untouchable,
Inexhaustible, invisible and unthinkable.
Only death can make you touch this special door,
Where you go in and never out.

The door of paradise is always open.
The gate has no key, no padlock and no alarm.
In Eden, there is no vision, perfume, and noise.

The door of paradise is always on alert,
For those who do not deserve to enter,
Such as the thieves, the criminals and the sinners.
