The Best Reward Should Be The One That Does Not Arise Through Slander!
Either the disgrace comes ahead on you
As equivalent to that as you experienced pleasure
Earlier or you get the pleasure continuously
Thereafter without disruption and interruption,
O' the countryman who has the lands
with profusely flowing waterfalls!
The best reward you obtain should be the one
That does not arise through the ways of slander!

நேரிசை வெண்பா
இன்பம் பயந்தாங்(கு)இழிவு தலைவரினும்
இன்பத்தின் பக்கம் இருந்தைக்க - இன்பம்
ஒழியாமை கண்டாலும் ஓங்கருவி நாட!
பழியாகா ஆறே தலை.79
