The Apology Of A Veteran
When one boasts of active manhood
Telling everybody of his killing prowess
Depicting a demeanour of a true warrior
And showing signs of greater spirits
But shies away from chicken blood
And shrilly wails at the sight of a toy-sword
Then we know
He is a joke; and an apology of a man
