Surf And Sand Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Surf And Sand

Surf and Sand

Surf and sand
Teased each other
All day long.
They belonged with each other.

The surf billowed in the sand
Crossing borders who never knew
Except
Those two.

Surf and sand
Were happy together.
The sand lay quietly there
While the surf churned over it.
