Suicide Poem by Thistle Wargul

Suicide

You can't take it anymore!
The pain,
The hurt.
It's just too much.

But just stop a minute.
Stop and think.
Is killing yourself really what you want?
Is it worth it?

You're leaving,
Escaping the coward's way;
Too scared to face life anymore.

Who are you leaving behind?
Just imagine,
What grief they will shed.

Why did you kill yourself?
Why did you leave us?
Why did you do this?

And you're just waiting for them to understand,
But will they ever?
Do they deserve to hold the pain for you?

Just don't be so selfish.
You can learn to cope.
Ask for help.

Every time your mind wanders back
To that cold blade.
Just think to yourself.
Is it really worth it?
Do you really want to look so weak?
