Spring Has Arrived Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Spring Has Arrived

Rating: 4.4

As the spring arrives
With fresh leaves fluttering
And flowers blooming
Songs of shepherds
Floating over the valley and
A cool stream flowing

The cuckoo singing
Its song of love in the shade
Of a frond hiding
And the birds chirping
In mid air for short skirmishes
Gathering and dispersing

A time to celebrate
Life with colors and aromas
All around floating
And the clouds in
Scattered groups across the
Sky silently moving

Holi Festival is the harbinger of spring. Before summer takes all the colours, we have flowers everywhere. Nice one.
