Spiders & Webs Poem by Unintelligible Susurration

Spiders & Webs

Oh no, I see
A spider web is tangled up with me
I lost my head
And thought of all the stupid things I'd said.

Oh no what's this?
A spider web and I'm caught in the middle
So I turn to run
And think of all the stupid things I've done
and that I never meant to cause you trouble

I never meant to do you wrong
And I, well if I ever caused you trouble,
I never meant to do you
harm

Oh no, now I see
A spider web and it's me again in the middle
I twist and turn
But here am I in my little bubble
Writing that I never meant to cause you trouble
And that I never meant to do you wrong
And that if I ever caused you trouble
that I never meant to do you harm

The spiders? Well, they
have spun a web for me
to get caught in once more.
