Silent Urge
Saturday,27th April 2019

Though we have the freedom
we enjoy it seldom
men misuse it with wisdom
and nullify the effect of liberty and freedom

we, the birds, can' raise voice
but silently express no choice
show the grief through wings
and try to bring despair messages

the poor people too suffer the same fate
but raise the banner of protest
using the ground for a silent scream
and make the revolutionary team

but where do we go?
and show
our protest over deforestation
that has robbed us of our inhabitation

we lose the sanctity
and our identity too
there is fear of extinction
and this must find the mention
