Self-hate
Monday,17th May 2021

What arises out of frustration?
feelings of inhuman treatment
perpetuated by fellow brethren
or by unknown humans

how does self-hate generate?
and relate
in true context
can we divert the rest of the feelings?

it is a sudden outburst
when you lose your dear ones at the first
or you get a sudden loss
or things not happening of your choice

self-hate is dangerous
if that digs at you continuous
believe me, it shall stand poisonous
or spread like a virus

think for a while
bring in a calm posture with a smile
call friends and open your grief
you shall certainly get relief

when you think constantly of unworthiness
and bring gloom to descend on the face
things around cast a spell of disaster
and convert it into sad feelings later
