Say Those Sweet Words Poem by Michael Pyatt

Say Those Sweet Words

Say those sweet words
You know the ones I love to hear
The ones that would keep our hearts feeling young
Because you could make hate sound so sweet
Just a little sounds so deep
Say those sweet words back to me

You know that make me feel the sweetest love
The sweetest one I have ever come across
Every word onto I hang
Because you make a whisper seem a bang

Say those sweet words
The ones I need the most
Taking the stars and planting them so high
On top of the highest trees
So we can lay in a hammock
Feel the love as we lay under it
Say those sweet words that you make me dream of

You know that make me feel the sweetest love
The sweetest one I have ever come across
Say those sweet words to back up my thoughts
You can make me feel no hurt at all

Say those sweet words that give me the breathe
To live in a world where we need a deeper soul
Under the ivy in a place we need to hide
Just a moment with you is
Every day we spent together
Seems like a fufilled year

You know that make me feel the sweetest love
The sweetest one I have ever come across
I feel like floating on a cloud
Above just the down in the dumps feeling crowd

Say those sweet words to me like a play
You make me feel so alive, want to just misbehave
But you know I would never play with your heart
Just be the one who brings your soul to the top
Say those sweet words and go tell the world
You have found me and I have no reason to be sad anymore
