Real Words Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Real Words

Real words

I spoke less
But stared in her eyes
She just murmured
And was about to be lured

I said nothing
But observed something
She was real bird
And quick suitable to my word

I needed someone in life
As I felt it was like razor sharp knife
She may bring in qualitative change
And surely manage

It was her simplicity
That drew me in vicinity
She had no other things to do
Only see my intention and pass through

Why not we get together?
She was quick with response and offer
I took no chance and fall in line
I found her straight, simple almost divine

It was good arrangement
And drew equal comment
She was very much pleased
And I too happily assessed
