Patiently Hear Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Patiently Hear

Hear patiently

Nothing new but as usual
Experienced as an individual
In the capacity of influential man
Or from street by common man

What do we feel generally?
When it is of selfish nature totally
Each one of us is rushing for wealth
And does not feel guilty even after causing death

We have forgotten god
And carry world's load
We talk of great reform
But helplessly not well informed

Why do we pretend ignorant?
And try to come out as an innocent
With simple excuse of "I am human"
Error can be made man and woman

Let us be little tolerant
And hear patiently
The woes and difficulties from others
Nothing else but soothing words can be offered
