Only darkness left

my heart aches with pain and sorrow
farewell!angels who departed for theabove
oh, our angels, oh children whom we love
now leaving the earth and leaving us in sorrow

Night has come in its darkest hollows
Earthly fathers and mothers cried in horror
Your warm winter coat, child
- now blood stained hood
Held it up close to the heart
of a mother who's hurt!

Night, dark and darken
and every steps as retreating steps
Night, mom going home without children
Where are my daughters and sons
Night, blocked the hope, the love
Who has blocked the way?
I am without you, my Angel, my child!

My heart ached, oh, my heart ached
The pain, the thoughts most unbearable
Where were YOU? GOD and ANGELS of above
Where were YOU, when we NEED-YOU-SO!

Night, December's night of horrors
when the evil in human form took the life of others
Sealed forever joy, sing song voices and laughter
Tore the hearts and
the open wounds will remaininparents'forever


Night, voices of un-consolable mother's sobbing in the corner
Night, devastated the towncry out
‘ oh my child! oh my child! ' - with no returning sound
Night, darkest of night have covered the town
I cried for you, I prayed for you, oh! Newtown!

Chỉ còn lại bóng tối

Ta nhắm mắt đề ngăn giòng lệ ứa
Tiển thiên thần của ánh sáng bay cao
Người ờ lại ôm trùm bao nổi nhớ
Gục đầu vào vùng bóng tối hư hao
Đêm đã đến chập chùng bao ngõ tối
Cha trờ về bước nặng kéo theo sau
Tay Mẹ xiết áo con còn để lại
Giọt máu đào nghe nặng trái tim đau
Đâu ơn Chúa, ơn trên, ơn Cao Cả?
đâu Thiên Thần, đâu Đức Mẹ ngôi cao?
đâu tình người? đâu tiếng trẻ lao xao
sao chỉ Mẹ một mình trong bóng tối
Đêm thăm thẳm, đêm giăng cơn bão tố
Đêm lấp đầy những tiếng Mẹ khóc con
Đêm nhận chìm mọi sức sống còn vương
Đêm đã khoác Newtown màu đen thẫm!


Khóc cho các em bé đả chết va những người
Cha mẹ mất con trong vụ thảm sát ở
Newtown, Connecticut 12/14/12
