One Time Far Gone Poem by Tina P..

One Time Far Gone

Pounding thunder ringing in my ears
Rain pouring down like sheets
Lightening flashes across the sky
Showing your face for a moment
Standing safe and dry
Warmth close together
Fingers moving, touching each curve
Feelings intense but so calm is our movement
Swaying to the music like the trees in the storm
Both unafraid
Trusting each other with everything
Need for fulfillment, only you can
Truly high from circumstance
Only wanting to passionately please
The other half of
What is soon to become
One
Both succeeding but still wanting more
Knowing it can't be
Saying goodbyes
With tears behind there eyes
Hope remains for the next
Time they see
One another
