One Must Dream Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I am kind of an ordinary writer
I said this to number of times to others
With humble approach and decent writing
This was all I could do for delighting

I was prepared to dance like monkey
If that was fetching some money
As my rope was in somebody’s hand
I played to the tune as was looked after as friend

Thoughts rush in mind’s chamber
That is not difficult to remember
One has to transform it in reality
Even though it may be looked with poor quality

Not all people may think alike and have pleasure
Somebody may announce it with displeasure
What do we do ultimately for larger cause?
That is million rupee question needing little pause

Poet is simple bird roaming in sky
With all imaginations to give simple try
Freedom, liberty, and open field is his ambition
Those things are hidden in his poems and not displayed in exhibition

What makes him memorable when he is no more?
People love his ideals and silently adore
“He was the person who silently stood in our struggle”
“He lived magnificently even though life was like bubble”

Yes some of the people enter deep in heart
Establish permanently and remain as inseparable part
On each occasion their contribution may be aired honorably
This is what one must dream or aim for probably
