Oh My God The Giraffe Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Oh My God The Giraffe

Oh My God the Giraffe

Once this girl named Rebacca,
A smily, laughing girl from America,
Decided to go with her best friend Chris,
To the plains of Africa you know.
What a bliss.

Chris ran after the animals so fast.
He caught a small one at last.
Rebecca too played with them,
While frolicking with them.

All of a sudden a giraffe,
Came to sight,
And moved with his legs,
With terrible might.

Rebecca got licked you see,
While she said, 'allergy, allergy.'
While she screamed so very loud,
Chris ran around and about.
