Offended Often Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Offended Often

They come in dark hours
In search of flowers
Pick with lust cover
And put heavy steps over

For us, it turns into day
They wakes us up to usher in sex way
Turn lights off
And laugh

We are made to lay!
And hear what they say
We follow their movements
And accept force to present

For us, it is forced way of living
And believing
That is this destiny
Is set for us by an almighty

We have no regret
And ever think about fate
At least we are holding back wild animals
And treat them casual

We are excluded
From social circle and offended often
Yet we defend moral values
And present to world real views

Offended Often
