O' Men! The Life Will Get Flourished When The Grief Has Come Down!
The journey of walking from place to place has reduced
as in the practice of following the grandpa's walk of life!
With an increased desire of city life, the people have stopped
The habit of walking and spoilt their health for their despair!
The disease, diabetes has come as an extended grief;
Start to walk a mile in the early morn and after dinner!
As and when the grief has come down, O' men! The life
Will get flourished and the health gets regained for sure!

கட்டளைக் கலித்துறை
பாட்டன் வழியில் பயணம் குறைந்திடப் பட்டிணத்து
நாட்டம் மிகுந்து நடைதான் அழிந்து நலம்கெடுத்தீர்
நீட்டும் துயரது நோயென வந்ததே நீரிழிவாய்
வாட்டம் குறைந்திடின் வாழ்க்கை நலமுறும் மானிடரே!
