Nothing To Say Poem by Melinda Butterfield

Nothing To Say

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes I worry there's nothing to say
Yet I feel that I could talk in a subtle way
Oh, but most times so it seems,
yes that most times something
always gets in the way,
and there's nothing to say.

Somehow I feel that we've sung and we've heard
All of the music and all of the words
about the past in our lives
and about the cast in this play,
Is there nothing to say?

Oh but most times so it seems
yes that most times my dreams
always get in the way
and there's nothing to say.

Mel, I love this poem. For some reason we think so much a like. Your words always touch me. I love the stanza......Somehow I feel that we've sung and we've heard....All of the music and all of the words...about the past in our lives and about the cast in this play....Is there nothing to say? Gal, I think it's time to get your gitter out and start strumming. I know you have a lot to say! ! Absolutely loved it! ! Keep writing! !
