No Power, No War Poem by Hebert Logerie

No Power, No War

No Power
No War
No Justice
No Peace.

Violence
Is the absence
Of intelligence
And diligence
Too much power
Corrupts
War
Is the absence
Of intelligence
And common sense
Too much power
Interrupts
The real Peace.

No Justice
No Peace
In the Middle East
There is a long list
Of atrocities
That the entire Universe
Has witnessed
This is a murderous mess
Too many dead bodies
Are in the streets
The river of blood
Is not bloody beets
The flood of blood is real
This is naturally a big deal
The bombs are dropping
Our children are crying
Our women are fleeing
Our brothers are suffering
And human beings are dying.

No Power
No War
No Truce
No Peace.
