MY THOUGHTS

Thoughts, thoughts, those good old
thoughts,
Fills my mind, all blessed by Thee!
Of earth and heaven, and mankind,
From worldly bondage all set free!
Thoughts of suffering and of pain,
Thoughts of life not lived in vain!
Thoughts of love and of life, -
A single thought embracing all mankind!
Thoughts of a world where all live free,
Thoughts to sustain both you and me!
May I continue to pen down my thoughts,
In rhyme and verse lest they be forgot!
Thoughts which are inspired and blessed
by Lord!
For one day from my thoughts Thou shall
set me free;
When all my thoughts shall get merged
in Thee!
