My Third Visit With The Fortune Teller Of Shecola Poem by Justin Gildow

My Third Visit With The Fortune Teller Of Shecola

Outside of the castle of Shecola
The fortune teller waits for me

Getting as far away as we can from the residents
and guards of Shecola
She asks me if I'd like to change back to my normal
self
To which I reply with a resounding yes

Smiling and softly laughing
The fortune teller works her magic on me once more
Returning me to my usual normal self

I thank her for all that she's done for me
She tells me she's eternally grateful for all that I've done
for her

Seeing as this is goodbye
We share one final hug
She tells me she wishes me well on my journey

With her final words
She gives me one last grateful smile
And walks back to her chamber

Standing where I am
I can't help but smile for and at the fortune teller
As she walks away
She really helped me and came through for me
when I needed her to
I shall miss her
As I continue on my journey
