My Second Meeting With The Fortune Teller Of Shecola Poem by Justin Gildow

My Second Meeting With The Fortune Teller Of Shecola

After a challenging battle up at Ghost Village
In the Ghost Tunnel
I've emerged victorious

The pond of Ghost Village has been drained
And somewhere in the pond
I see the fortune teller's crystal ball

Walking inside the pond
I walk over to the crystal ball and pick it up

Putting it away carefully with my other possessions
I realize my work in Ghost Village is done
And so I begin my walk back to Shecola
To reunite with the fortune teller

Reaching the fortune teller's chamber
I enter
Inside, the fortune teller is happy that I've returned
She asks me if I've returned with her crystal ball
Pulling the crystal ball out of my many collected
possessions
I hand it over to her

The fortune teller is overjoyed and happy that she has
her crystal ball back

She asks me if I'd like to enter the castle of Shecola
I tell her yes

With the help of the fortune teller's magic
She transforms me into a girl

Looking at myself
I'm surprised and stunned

The fortune teller says I look weird dressed up like a girl
But she tells me it just might work in getting me into
Shecola

Before we leave to arrive at the gates of Shecola
She tells me she'd like to tell me my fortune
And so she looks into her crystal ball
And through the good and bad
She tells me that it hasn't been easy for me
Battling under the Southern Cross
In any way, shape, or form
But she wishes the best for me
And nonetheless hopes I'll succeed

With not much else to say or do in the chamber
She leads me to the front gate of Shecola
Hoping that her magic has worked
