My Cure Poem by Kassie B

My Cure

Rating: 5.0

Not being with you,
seems like death.
Maybe regret,
but definately pain.

I never asked to here your writings,
want to now,
but afraid it's too late.

Every ounce of me wants to be wrapped up
with warmth in your arms.
It seems like you are the only one who really understands,
the only one who really cares,
the only one who loves the real.

You're like medicine for an ill person,
you make there sickness go away,
and cure them.
You're my cure,
in so many ways possible.

When I am down,
lower than the ground,
you pick me up and take all the bad out.

All the stress,
all the pain,
everything.

But you also put it back in,
by not being with me.
Then when you are you cure me again.
It's like a routine.

I wish I could kiss you and hug you and never stop.
I want to drown in your arms,
I want to here your sound every morning.
I want to be there.

To grow old with you,
that would be a dream,
even a miracle.

It would be unimaginable,
perfect.

You're perfect.
And that will never change in my eyes,
the way I see you to be,
who you are,
my cure.
