Mous And Treaties - Say Cheese To Freeze Poem by Noor Othman

Mous And Treaties - Say Cheese To Freeze

Gather lots of people in one hall
Then call a VIP to officiate the call
He cuts ribbons, he grazes the wall
Amidst the cheers he stands tall

Companies big or small do a lot these
Boss sign MOUs and sign many treaties
Attendees present are given freebees
Some in the form of papers, some in CDs!

MOUs are also signed in university
With one to another for diversity
Joining one with less to one with full capacity
Hoping together they succeed universally

I think signing MOU has no benefit
Pictures are taken, for album they fit
Or to show others that we have commit
We book an idea so others not submit

We should sign MOU with foe not friend
So that, we pledge no longer to offend
The past mistakes together we amend
This is the way for peace I recommend

I ‘drafted' this poem in my mind while attending the signing of one MOU ceremony.
