Morning Prayer
From darkness to
Thursday,20th August 2020
O, God,
Take away my load,
lead me from dark to light
and from wrong to right
No sinful thoughts and action
but noble work with no reaction
equal concern
for my brethren with happiness
let them not suffer
anguish and pain here
provide them relief
and strengthen their belief
let humanity prevail
and fail
all the atrocities committed
on the downtrodden and poor
let my faith be not shaken
and proven to the expectation
for all human beings
who try to bring harmony and peace
